Mactan island is the “Gateway to the Visayas”, being centered in the entire Philippine archipeligo.
Dving around Mactan is very good, with a resident large school of sardines, macro critters, and the sought after Phycocarins “hairy” shrimp about the size of each lower case letter in this sentence.
